J's Carne Asada
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 c olive oil
1/3 c cilantro
2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 tbs garlic heaping
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Squeeze lime to extract the juice.
Add olive oil and chopped cilantro.
Chop chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, and add garlic.
Let steak marinate in a bag for a few hours.
Place steak on a baking sheet.
Broil on both sides until it reaches your desired level of done-ness.
Serve in tortillas with cilantro, green onion, sour cream, and lime wedges. Enjoy!
